DKF is excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for the role of Administrator/Report Writer/Diary Scheduler. Based in modern, well-equipped offices near Atherton, this role is easily accessible from Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, and the Greater Manchester area.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation and growth of this dynamic and successful SME. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where your contributions will truly make a difference.
What your core responsibilities would be:
· Prepare and produce detailed technical reports.
· Investigate and resolve issues with reports by liaising with surveyors and management.
· Build strong working relationships with on-site surveyors to gain a deeper understanding of their surveys.
· Input survey data and generate reports using TEAMS.
· Handle data uploads and manage client-specific reporting requirements.
· Respond to and manage client and supplier requests effectively.
· Communicate regularly with the laboratory, including tracking and resolving missing sample issues with surveyors.
· Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and prioritized completion of reports.
· Collaborate with the finance team to provide completed reports for invoicing purposes.
· Provide administrative support to the management team.
· Conduct regular housekeeping of data platforms, including input reviews and corrections.
· Manage general office administration tasks to maintain smooth operations.
· Schedule appointments for on-site staff by coordinating phone calls with customers and tenants.

· Be able to work full-time in an office-based position.
· Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload effectively.
· Show adaptability and the ability to switch quickly between tasks when required.
· Possess a professional and confident phone manner.
· Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
· Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
